Our beautiful modern 3bed/2bath home (sleeps up to 8) is situated at Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee, a quiet, rural location surrounded by lakes, adjacent to a conservation area and nature reserve, which means an abundance of various wildlife can often be found at all times of the day.  Our fully air conditioned home is newly furnished to a high standard throughout, with added ceiling fans, and is managed by a local property management company who maintain the home and looks after our guests to ensure a care-free vacation.  There are many local facilities for a family to enjoy, such as basketball courts, children’s play areas and lake fishing, and the community is regularly patrolled for your security.  Our home at Crescent Lakes is the ideal place to relax and unwind after a hard day at one of the many nearby theme parks or shopping malls, and a peaceful lake view adds to the tranquillity.  You are sure to have a holiday to remember!

The large through lounge is made up of two areas.  The family room contains a stereo/CD player, large cable TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 and games.  The lounge area contains soft lighting, occasional tables and a comfortable seating area for times when you want a quiet read or to just chat, relax and maybe reflect upon your day.  The large sofa converts to a comfortable queen sized double bed.  Our home has a telephone for guests to use, providing free local calls.  Long distance and international calls can easily be made using a telephone card which are available at all local stores.  Please be sure to sign our visitors book, too!

The fully equipped open plan kitchen contains all the home comforts you would expect to find in a home of this quality, including gas oven/range, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle! The fridge has a built-in ice maker - a MUST in the Florida heat!  There is an adjacent dining area, with modern contemporary furniture and a view to the pool.  A separate utility room houses a washer and separate dryer, together with ironing board and iron.  For those of our guests who REALLY miss their home comforts, there is even a vacuum cleaner!!

The master bedroom contains a Florida king sized bed, and beautiful rattan furniture, together with cable TV/DVD/VCR, and enjoys direct access to the pool area.  As with all the other rooms in the house, the master bedroom has a ceiling fan, and main lighting, as well as soft side lights, and each bedroom contains large walk in closets and adequate drawer space.  The en suite bathroom contains a large walk in shower, basin and separate WC.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two single beds in the third bedroom.  There is a family bathroom containing basin, WC and bath with overhead shower.  All towels and linens are provided.

Relax and unwind at any time of the day or night by the screened heated pool and enjoy the wonderful lake view.  The pool can be lit at night, for those extra hours of enjoyment, and a shaded patio area contains table and chairs for those who like to enjoy al fresco dining.  Pool loungers are there for the use of all sun worshippers, and there is also an external ceiling fan for those warm evenings when you need a little extra air circulation.  The pool is accessed by both the lounge area and master bedroom, and security to the screen doors is provided.

Crescent Lakes is ideally located to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer.  Disney is approximately 15 minutes away, Sea World approximately 25 mins and Highway 192 with all its many shops and attractions, as well as historic “Old Town”, is a 10 minute drive. There are many different shops, malls and restaurants to suit all tastes (and pockets!) just a few minutes from the house.  Airboat rides, pony trekking, golfing and a petting zoo are all on the doorstep.  Crescent Lakes is a 30 min drive from Orlando International Airport, and 60 mins from Sanford.  Beaches can be found in either direction, and the nearest is about 55 mins from home!
